Shipping & Returns
Minty Boutique ships all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase via USPS. There is a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 for orders under $100. We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
We are sorry you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Minty Boutique does accept returned items. We want to make sure you are happy with any item you purchase from us. If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know about our process:
- Returns must be unworn, unwashed and damage free with tags attached. Clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, and any other marks or stains. All shoes must be sent back in original boxes.
- Please note the following items are non-refundable: jewelry, accessories, swimwear, final sale items, flash sale items, clearance items and gift cards.
- Minty Boutique must receive your return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking information. Please allow 5-7 days for your return package to arrive and keep a record of the return tracking number on the package
- If we receive a return outside of the 14-day time frame, we will ship it back to you at your expense using the credit card number we have on file.
- Shipping on all returns is your responsibility and is not refundable, unless the return is a result of our mistake at Minty Boutique. If you feel you have received defective merchandise or were shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. Please allow 2-3 days for replacement items to ship.
- We process returns within 16 days after we receive your item(s). We issue returns with online store credit only.
- We are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS, but cannot be found on your property. Please contact USPS for all claims of missing packages. Once Minty Boutique has shipped your package and it has been approved by USPS, its delivery is out of our hands.
